What you need to drive PCO
Renting a PCO car for Uber or Bolt requires a few extra checks versus regular hire. Here's the full list.
Valid PCO Licence
TfL Private Hire Driver licence (or local equivalent). Must be active and not expiring within 3 months.
UK Driving Licence
Held for 12+ months. We'll need your 16-character licence number and an 8-character DVLA check code.
£300 Deposit
Refundable on safe return of the vehicle. Pay by bank transfer or card.
Insurance
PCO weekly rentals don't include insurance — you'll need your own Hire & Reward / PCO policy in place.

Important to know
- •Insurance is NOT included on PCO weekly hire. You must arrange your own Hire & Reward policy before pickup.
- •Damage or excessive wear may be deducted from your deposit.
- •You're responsible for fuel/charging, congestion, ULEZ and parking fines incurred during the hire.
- •Early termination before the 3-month minimum may forfeit part of the deposit.
